Constellations Prenatal

Constellations Prenatal provides prenatal education for families in Victoria, British Columbia, drawing on more than 20 years of experience serving the local community. Formerly known as Mothering Touch, the organization helps parents-to-be feel informed, confident, and prepared for childbirth and early parenthood. Its classes combine practical guidance with opportunities to connect with other families, while private sessions offer flexibility for individual needs, circumstances, or schedules. Participants can ask questions and learn from instructors knowledgeable about childbirth, lactation, and newborn care.

Course offerings include a childbirth preparation series, a refresher class for parents expecting another baby, and Parenting the Newborn, which covers topics such as bathing, diapering, soothing, and feeding. The newborn series includes infant first aid, which is also available as a separate evening class for parents and caregivers. Constellations Prenatal additionally offers private childbirth preparation, doula training in partnership with Camosun College, and workshops and events, including sessions on preparing the pelvic floor for birth.
