Dalene Rottier is a registered dietitian and a certified practitioner in integrative and functional nutrition. She studied at Stellenbosch University and qualified in 2003 before moving to London to work with renowned endocrinologists, gastroenterologists, and oncologists in the private health sector. During her time in London, she also started her own practice in the prestigious Harley Street.

Upon returning to South Africa in 2010, she founded Consultant Dieticians with the aim of offering a more holistic and personalized approach to patient care. With over 20 years of experience, Dalene has developed a successful system that allows her and her team of dieticians to create personalized nutrition and lifestyle programs to help patients achieve their health goals. The practice focuses on gut and hormonal health and aims to provide patients with targeted, preventative, and optimized solutions for their health challenges.
