ContigoCoaching

ContigoCoaching is a child-focused coaching practice run by Annelies Fokkinga in Losser, the Netherlands. It supports children who may feel misunderstood, struggle to connect with peers, lose confidence at school, or find it difficult to begin tasks. The practice also works with parents and others concerned about a child’s development and educational future.

Coaching begins by listening to the child and considering the parents’ perspective. Through conversation, questions and, when helpful, play, Annelies builds an understanding of the situation and works with the family to find an approach suited to the child. Her background includes teaching in primary education, working in childcare, completing a two-year master-level talent-guidance programme with Novilo, and personal experience as the mother of two gifted children. She also draws on creativity in her approach to thinking and activities.

The website lists coaching services and information about ukIQ, ukIQ XL and Doumée. Families can contact ContigoCoaching for an informal conversation about their concerns.
