Convention of States is a national movement dedicated to restoring power to the states and the people. With the belief that the federal government has overstepped its boundaries, Convention of States aims to bring about meaningful change through Article V of the U. S.

Constitution. Article V grants state legislatures the authority to call a convention for proposing amendments to the Constitution. By mobilizing citizens across the country, Convention of States seeks to garner support from at least 34 states to pass a resolution calling for this convention.

The proposed amendments would impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials and members of Congress. Through petitions, legislation, and grassroots efforts, Convention of States empowers individuals to play an active role in shaping their government and protecting liberty for future generations
