About Cookie DPT
Cookie DPT is a brand that was born out of a longing for home and family. Founder Wil Fang moved from the USA to Hong Kong over nine years ago and realized that there was a lack of traditional baked treats in the city. Being accustomed to big, decadent American-style cookies, he decided to start baking them himself and shared them with friends and colleagues.
His cookies gained so much popularity that they made it onto the menu at his first cafe in Taipei. Encouraged by the success, Wil launched Cookie Department in Hong Kong in May 2018. Since then, his cookies have become a favorite among foodies, luxury brands, and fashion industries in the city.
Cookie Department takes pride in using only the finest ingredients, such as Hershey's chocolate chips and Valrhona cocoa powder, and baking their cookies fresh every day without any artificial flavoring or preservatives.
