Cooper Cottages is a family-owned collection of eight vacation rentals in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, combining historic character with modern coastal comfort. Built in the 1930s and cared for by three generations of the Cooper family, the cottages are among the area’s remaining examples of an earlier style of beach lodging. They reopened in 2021 following renovations that preserve their vintage appeal while adding contemporary comforts and mid-century-inspired design.

Each cottage has its own floor plan, color palette and accents, with options ranging from two to four bedrooms and accommodation for four to ten guests. The rentals are located about a block from the beach and boardwalk, making it easy to explore the shoreline, shops and restaurants on foot. Guests can reserve individual cottages and access amenities that include outdoor spa showers and footbaths, Nespresso coffee machines, record players and records, cocktail sets, juicers, ice machines and yoga mats. Some cottages welcome pets, and reviews also mention beach chairs and carts.
