Cooper — Cooperativa de Produção e Abastecimento do Vale do Itajaí — is a Brazilian consumer cooperative founded in 1944, operating as a supermarket chain and pharmacy network across the Vale do Itajaí region of Santa Catarina state. With 16 branches spanning Blumenau, Indaial, Rodeio, Ibirama, Timbó, and Jaraguá do Sul, Cooper is much more than a supermarket — it is a member-owned cooperative dedicated to fair pricing, quality, and tangible benefits for its cooperados.
