Coopera Malawi ONG

CooperaMalawi is an international cooperation NGO focused on improving community health in Malawi. The organisation develops practical, locally grounded projects that bring healthcare closer to communities while supporting continuity of care. Its work combines basic health services, screening, patient follow-up and support with health education and prevention, helping people build healthy habits and tools for self-care. CooperaMalawi also works alongside local healthcare professionals, sharing knowledge and strengthening skills so that responses are useful, sustainable and rooted in the needs of the territory.

The organisation’s activities include field missions, community health initiatives, local professional training and awareness-raising. Its planned Benga 2026 mission, scheduled for 2–16 November, will continue work begun in 2025, with a focus on community health, prevention, patient follow-up and clinical training. CooperaMalawi invites people to contribute through financial donations, volunteering, providing products or services, and sharing its work through its newsletter and social networks. By connecting healthcare, prevention and cooperation, the NGO aims to improve access to health services and support lasting, community-based care in Malawi.
