Coopérative Mu

Coopérative Mu is an eco-design agency that combines environmental engineering with industrial design to help organizations reduce impacts and develop more sustainable products and services. The cooperative brings together people committed to showing how collaboration and eco-design can support desirable, practical change. Mu offers support in four areas: innovating through co-created eco-design strategies, improving existing products and services based on identified impacts, inspiring action with tailored tools, and training teams to build knowledge and critical perspectives on environmental challenges. Its work includes helping develop reusable wine-bottle crates, exploring local circular-economy applications for waste materials, and integrating eco-design into the design of children’s audio products and accessories. The agency has also assessed the environmental impacts of liquid and solid soaps to inform the development of a solid product. Coopérative Mu works with clients to make impact reduction a priority and turn environmental goals into concrete design decisions.
