At Level 2, support coordination can help participants understand their plans, find providers, prepare for plan review meetings, and navigate NDIS-funded and other government-funded services. Caroline also offers Level 3 specialist support coordination, with experience supporting people with progressive disabilities, including progressive neurological disabilities.
