Terminal Portuario de Yurimaguas - Nueva Reforma (COPAM) is a private company established on May 11, 2011, dedicated to managing the concession contract for the next 30 years. They oversee the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of the Yurimaguas Port Terminal. Located on the left bank of the Huallaga River, 20 kilometers downstream from Yurimaguas, the terminal acts as a vital link in the "North Amazon Multimodal Axis," connecting northern departments to enhance logistical operations and boost commercial flow and economic integration.
