Copeland Tower Living

Copeland Tower Living is an active independent-living community for adults aged 55 and older, located in Metairie, Louisiana, near New Orleans and Lake Pontchartrain. Designed for people who want to enjoy retirement with less day-to-day responsibility, the community offers private apartments and a maintenance-free lifestyle through a consolidated monthly rental fee. There is no large entry fee or long-term commitment, and residents avoid the property taxes and home-maintenance demands associated with owning a home.

Services and amenities are intended to make daily life convenient and engaging. The community offers chef-prepared meals, housekeeping, fitness classes and trainers, wellness activities, transportation, social outings, and community programming. Residents can choose how they spend their time, from joining activities and gathering with neighbors to enjoying quiet moments at home. A hospitality team supports residents with everyday needs, while a full-property backup generator and dedicated staff provide added reassurance during power outages. The pet-friendly community is near restaurants, markets, theaters, shopping, the airport, and the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway.
