About COPE Psychological Center
COPE Psychological Center is a holistic mental health care center that specializes in trauma/PTSD. We offer a wide range of services to cater to individual, couple, family, and group therapy needs. At COPE, our mission is to provide personalized and evidence-based mental health treatment for your specific concerns.
Our team of clinicians have been trained and certified in various evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, among others. We also offer a unique outpatient substance use treatment program called IMPROVE. In addition to in-person sessions, we provide teletherapy services for individual and couple therapy.
