Coppersmith Antiques & Auction Co. is an antiques and auction business based in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, serving northeastern North Carolina and southeastern Virginia. Its retail store offers antique, vintage, and used furniture, jewelry, collectibles, home décor, and estate items. Customers can also participate in live and online auctions featuring a wide variety of goods, with many sales bringing together items from multiple consignors.

For sellers, Coppersmith provides auction services to help with estate sales and downsizing, and can arrange pickup of auction items, normally without an additional fee. The company purchases antiques outright as well, though it encourages sellers to consider auction consignment so buyers can help establish an item’s value. It does not accept pianos, organs, or mattresses and recommends contacting the business before discarding potentially saleable belongings.

The retail store is open Wednesday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Coppersmith Antiques & Auction Co. is located at 123 S.
