Corde Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster, bakery, and community gathering place in Geneva, Switzerland. Founded in 2020 by Carlina Rinaldi, the brand brings people together through carefully prepared coffee, seasonal food, and welcoming spaces. In 2023, Corde opened its second location, which houses its roastery and bakery. The team roasts seasonal coffees weekly in Geneva, offering beans from origins including Colombia, Vietnam, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Guatemala for customers to enjoy in its cafés or take home.
Corde serves specialty coffee alongside hearty, healthy, seasonal vegetarian dishes, homemade pastries, and gourmet vegan cakes. Its offerings also include lunch, brunch, coffee and non-coffee drinks, cocktails, and catering for Geneva offices. Customers can book spaces for private gatherings or attend community events, from leadership discussions to comedy nights. Through the Corde Coffee School, the brand provides barista classes, coffee tastings, and workshops covering skills such as latte art, espresso extraction, and coffee cupping.
