Cordeiro Assessoria

Cordeiro Assessoria Financeira is a Brazilian wealth-planning firm based in São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo, serving clients nationwide. It structures consórcio-based plans to help individuals and businesses acquire property, land, machinery, and vehicle fleets. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all product, the firm begins with each client’s goals, finances, and timeline, then develops a tailored strategy covering the number and value of credit letters, suitable groups, and potential bidding approaches.

Cordeiro works with property investors and professionals, agricultural producers, agribusiness suppliers, transport operators, and growing companies. Its services include financial diagnosis, written cost breakdowns before any commitment, portfolio planning, monthly monitoring, assembly-calendar tracking, and guidance on using credit after contemplation. The company emphasizes that contemplation occurs only through a draw or bid, with no date guaranteed. Costs may include administration fees, a reserve fund where applicable, insurance under the chosen plan, and contractual index adjustments. Its six-step method aims to provide transparent, ongoing support, and the firm says it will advise clients when a consórcio is not an appropriate solution.
