Coress

Coress-Sai is a social cooperative serving communities in the province of Reggio Emilia, Italy. Created through the merger of the long-established cooperatives Coress and Coop Sai, it brings together more than 40 years of experience and operates across the area through approximately 22 facilities. Its mission is to improve quality of life, support personal autonomy and inclusion, and help address social inequalities. The cooperative develops its services in response to changing needs, focusing on each person’s rights, expectations and goals through tailored projects.

Coress-Sai offers services for children and young people, including personalized pathways that encourage autonomy and communication. Its work also supports autistic people and people with disabilities, with educational and social-rehabilitation services for children, young people and adults. Other offerings include ongoing care and daily health support, social and occupational programs, social housing initiatives, and residential and home-based assistance for older people. Through its services and partnerships with public bodies, associations and institutions, Coress-Sai aims to strengthen community connections and foster positive social change.
