CORE Therapies is an equine and canine therapy and rehabilitation practice founded in 2008 by veterinarian Larkspur Carroll, DVM. Based in Lexington, Kentucky, the practice serves farms across the Bluegrass region and also works with sale consignments in Kentucky and New York, with availability in Aiken, South Carolina.
