Core Total Wellness is Hilary’s personalized health and wellness practice, focused on helping women build strength, improve their health, and feel confident in their bodies through midlife and beyond. Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, exercise physiologist, health and fitness coach, Pilates-certified practitioner, and menopause coaching specialist with more than 30 years of experience, the practice takes a proactive, integrative approach to healthy aging.

Services include physical therapy, Pilates-based rehabilitation, menopause strength and fitness training, and health coaching. Care begins with a comprehensive assessment and an individualized plan, with one-on-one guidance designed to address underlying causes of pain, support recovery, and help prevent recurring injuries. Strength and fitness training can also help clients move safely from rehabilitation toward personal fitness goals. Health coaching addresses lifestyle choices, including movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and mindset. Clinical Pilates develops core strength, flexibility, breathing, and mobility, with exercises adapted to different abilities.
