About CORE Vocational Training for Individuals with Disabilities
CORE Inc. was founded in 2009 by two high school teachers with a shared vision to provide job skills training to young adults with disabilities. Today, CORE serves as a Vocational Rehabilitation provider in Indiana, offering on-site training, work experiences, and job placements to individuals of all ages.
The dedicated team at CORE, led by Program Director Amber Martinez, collaborates with local businesses to ensure participants receive tailored support for meaningful employment opportunities in various careers. The organization's mission is rooted in the belief that individuals with disabilities deserve opportunities for training and work placements, while local businesses benefit from employing individuals with disabilities. With a focus on connections, opportunities, resources, and experiences, CORE strives to empower individuals with disabilities towards gainful employment.
