Corfu Wine is a Greek wine experience and consultancy founded by Corfu-born wine professional Dimitri Catechis. Drawing on his extensive hospitality career and expertise in Greek wines, Dimitri introduces guests to the history, culture, regional grapes, and diverse styles of wine produced across Greece. Tastings are often hosted at Flisvos Seaside Experience, his family’s seafood restaurant overlooking the Monastery of Vlaherena and Mouse Island, where wines are paired with Greek meze prepared by the restaurant’s executive chef.
