Coringa BJJ

Coringa Jiu-Jitsu is a martial arts team based in Western Australia, built around the values of respect, loyalty, discipline and honour. Founded and led by Fabio “Coringa” Nunes, a sixth-degree black belt from Rio de Janeiro, the organisation draws on his decades of Jiu-Jitsu experience and background in physical education. Fabio has coached national and international champions in Jiu-Jitsu and MMA and serves as a director of AFBJJ.

Coringa offers programs for beginners through advanced students, as well as dedicated classes for children, a competition team and kickboxing. The team presents training as both a sport and a lifestyle, welcoming people at different stages of life and emphasising fitness, self-defence, physical development, confidence, discipline and friendship. Its community-focused approach aims to help members improve in a supportive environment.

The main location is in Wangara, with additional locations in Butler, Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough and Margaret River, as well as in New Zealand and New Caledonia. Coringa also offers branded products, including gis, T-shirts, hoodies and belts.
