Cori’s Pawtraits is the animal art and portrait practice of artist Cori Solomon, offering personalized artwork that celebrates pets and other animals. The business specializes in “pawtraits”—artistic renderings created from photographs supplied by clients—and features dogs, cats, horses, birds, wildlife, and other animals. Pastel drawings are the artist’s typical medium, while some portraits are also created in acrylics or as hand-pulled monotype prints.
Each commission is developed as an individual artwork, with pricing for unframed pastel portraits negotiated according to the drawing’s size and the number of pets included. Clients are encouraged to provide a selection of photographs so Cori can choose an image that inspires the composition. Alongside commissioned portraits, the site showcases animal art and work in watercolors, mixed media, monotypes, and other styles, including subjects beyond pets, such as people and places.
Visitors can explore recent portrait stories, artist updates, awards, testimonials, and available cards and gifts, or contact Cori to request a quote
