Corn Refiners Association (CRA) is a leading agricultural trade association that represents the corn refining industry in the United States. They specialize in transforming corn into a wide range of products such as sweeteners, bioproducts, pharmaceutical ingredients, and corn oil. In addition, CRA also administers the Plant Based Products Council (PBPC), a separate trade association that focuses on companies manufacturing or using products, packaging, and ingredients made from renewable, plant-based materials.

They are currently looking for a Manager of Sustainability & Workplace Safety who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing policies related to sustainability, environmental affairs, and workplace safety issues. This position offers broad exposure to various policy matters and will involve supporting the work of CRA's Sustainability, Environmental Affairs, and Workplace Safety Committees. The ideal candidate should have strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.

They should also be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and have at least 2 years of experience in sustainability and environmental public policy. A Bachelor's degree is required. CRA values a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative work environment.
