Cornerstones of Maine is a highly respected young adult transitional living program located in Southern Maine. Our program is psychologist-owned and operated, and we specialize in assisting 18 to 28-year-old emerging young adults who are struggling with living and functioning independently. We offer a therapeutic and experiential approach that provides structure and support tailored to each individual's needs.

At Cornerstones of Maine, our goal is to help young adults on their path towards independence, self-reliance, and autonomy. Our comprehensive program includes psychotherapy, executive functioning coaching, academic support, health and wellness, and interpersonal growth. We provide real-world immersion by engaging our clients in activities such as working, attending local colleges, and volunteering.

Our program and accommodations are LGBTQIA+ affirming, welcoming all genders. With a collaborative living environment, our clients benefit from supportive professionals present throughout the day. The average stay in our program is 9 to 12 months.
