Cornwall OPC Database is a volunteer-supported genealogy resource focused on historical records from Cornwall, England. It helps family historians search parish and other local records, with material transcribed and contributed by volunteers from around the world. The database includes records of banns, baptisms, burials, marriages, wills, and certificates, alongside specialist collections covering subjects such as emigration, land records, memorial inscriptions, court proceedings, school admissions, newspaper reports, and parish apprenticeships.

Users can search by person, parish, or record category and consult coverage information to understand which areas and collections are represented. The site also connects researchers with parish pages, local Online Parish Clerks, and related resources and projects, including the Cornwall Online Census project, GENUKI Cornwall, and West Briton transcriptions. The database welcomes new transcriptions and individual contributions from certificates, and invites volunteers to help with transcription or parish clerk work.

Records are provided for personal research, remain subject to the transcribers’ copyright, and may not be copied without prior written consent
