**Corpoderoso – Corporación Monumento al Trabajo Marítimo RAM Poderoso**

Established in 1994 in Talcahuano, Chile, the Corporación RAM Poderoso is a non-profit cultural initiative dedicated to honoring the maritime heritage of the region. The organization centers around the historic high-seas tugboat "El Poderoso," constructed in 1911 in Liverpool, which serves as a symbol of the vital role that maritime labor plays in Chile's economy and culture.

Following significant damage from the 2010 earthquake and tsunami, El Poderoso remains capsized in the bay, underlining the urgency for recovery efforts to restore its significance.
