Corponor ble etablert 1. januar 1994 og har vært en betydelig aktør i boligmarkedet i Bodø siden oppstarten. I dag fremstår Corponor som den største og mest profesjonelle boligbyggeren i Bodø. Gjennom mange år og over 1.250 boliger, har vi opparbeidet oss betydelig kompetanse på prosjektutvikling av bolig- og næringseiendommer. Vi gjennomfører prosjektene fra A til Å, det vil si fra råtomt til ferdig innflyttingsklare boliger. Av gjennomførte prosjekter kan det nevnes The Storm, Bryggerikvartalet, Badeparken, Bodø Panorama, Bodøsjøen Park, Panorama Vest og mer, med til sammen over 1.250 boliger. I tillegg har vi under planlegging og oppføring ca. 500 nye boliger. Vi står også bak større næringsbygg som Bodø Storsenter på Stormyra med ca. 15.000 kvadratmeter og Central Atrium midt i Bodø sentrum, et innovativt kontorbygg på 8 etasjer og over 9.000 kvadratmeter.
