Corte Scaligera

Corte Scaligera is a renowned brand that focuses on breeding high-quality livestock, particularly Limousine and Scottona breeds. Led by the Fortuna siblings - Giuseppe, Marco, and Nicola - who come from a long line of farmers, the brand embodies authenticity, guarantee, quality, truth in processes, and respect for the environment. With a capacity of approximately 1,000 animals, their breeding ensures ample living spaces for animal welfare, and the use of medications is strictly controlled and limited to necessary cases.

Corte Scaligera takes pride in producing the majority of their animal feed on their own 600 hectares, using their expertise and real-time analysis in their modern in-house laboratory. Their meats, available at their butcher shop, are sustainably and locally sourced, guaranteeing top-quality, welfare-conscious products. Additionally, Corte Scaligera offers a delightful gastronomic experience at their restaurant, featuring modern twists on traditional recipes, complemented by a carefully curated wine selection from their own cellar
