About Muestra Montevideo
Muestra de Cortometrajes Buenos Aires/París is a prestigious brand that showcases the best short films from Argentine and French cinema. With the upcoming 9th edition in 2023, their goal remains the same - to create a cultural exchange between these two countries by bringing outstanding internationally recognized creations to both screens. These short films delve into themes of love, heartbreak, and dreams, evoking nostalgia and taking us on a journey through beautiful works of art.
Selected for renowned festivals such as Clermont-Ferrand, Annecy, Oberhausen, Mar del Plata, and Bafici, the lineup includes remarkable films that will both make us laugh and touch our hearts. Notably, Pablo Polledri's short film LOOP, winner of this year's Goya Award for Best Animated Short Film, will be showcased. Join them on September 29th, 2023, at the Auditorio de la Alianza Francesa de Buenos Aires, and on October 13th, 2023, at the Auditorio de la Alianza Francesa Paris IDF.
