Cosafe Technology AB provides a cloud-based incident response and critical communication platform for schools, public-sector organisations and businesses. Its app helps organisations alert the right people, coordinate actions and manage emergencies or everyday incidents from desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Tools include customisable alarms, safety alarms and lone-worker check-ins, secure messaging, two-way communication, mass notifications by SMS, email and voice, and on-call alerts. Teams can also use web-meeting access, interactive checklists, action plans, critical documents and holding statements to share updates as situations develop.

Cosafe is designed to support preparedness as well as response. Organisations can give employees access to procedures, coordinate tasks, confirm people’s safety, review logged information after an incident and collaborate on risk analysis. The company offers consultations and product demonstrations tailored to organisational needs, and says its solution can be implemented quickly. Cosafe reports that customer data is stored in sustainable data centres in northern Sweden, powered by renewable wind and hydropower.
