Cosmo Films

Founded in 1981 by Ashok Jaipuria, Cosmo First is a global business group serving industrial and consumer markets through five businesses. Its largest division, Cosmo Films, produces specialty BOPP, CPP and polyester films for food and beverage, consumer goods, premium packaging and other applications. Cosmo Plastech makes thin-wall containers and sheets, while Cosmo Specialty Chemicals offers coatings, adhesives and masterbatches. Consumer offerings include Zigly Petcare and Cosmo Consumer products for automobiles, including window films, paint protection films and ceramic coatings.

Cosmo First emphasizes innovation, research and development, product performance and sustainability. Its films are designed for qualities such as durability and clarity, and the company serves customers through a global network that includes sales offices in India, the United States, Germany, Korea, Japan and the Netherlands. It also operates three manufacturing facilities in India. In South Korea, a 50:50 joint venture with Filmax supports regional growth and expands access to high-performance film, chemical and packaging solutions. For US customers, the company offers flexible packaging, window films and paint protection films.
