Cosmopolitan Women's Club

The Cosmopolitan Women’s Club is a community-focused organization that supports young people in pursuing education, professional goals, and service to others. Through its scholarship programs, the club encourages students to prepare for careers in fields such as teaching, medicine, science, and engineering, while also promoting volunteerism and giving back to the community.

Working with community partners, the club awards book scholarships of $250 to $1,000 to an average of 30 college students each year. It also provides recognition gifts to an average of 20 middle school students annually. Scholarship applications are due March 31 each year, and the organization provides a scholarship program coversheet for applicants.

The club also shares information about community events and offers ways for supporters to donate and members to access club resources. Based in Horseheads, New York, the Cosmopolitan Women’s Club welcomes inquiries by email and mail. Its programs bring together educational support, student recognition, and community engagement to help young people develop their potential and contribute to the lives of others.
