Cosplan is a cosplay project management platform and global community designed to help creators organize their cosplay lives in one place. Its app provides tools to plan each build with checklists, project notes, folders, photo and video references, purchase records, budget tracking, and time logs. Users can also manage their closet and inventory, save creative inspiration, and keep convention dates and reminders close at hand.

Beyond project planning, Cosplan connects cosplayers worldwide. Members can share portfolios, discover other creators’ work, and explore cosplay inspired by games, anime, comics, and other fandoms. The site features cosplay universes, photoshoots, and The Cosplay Gazette, which highlights new releases and daily photo selections. Its events calendar helps users find conventions, workshops, and other geek gatherings, with a focus on the 2026 convention season. Cosplan also invites users to propose events and browse guides. By bringing planning tools, community discovery, and event inspiration together, the service helps cosplayers shape their builds and prepare for conventions.
