Costco Next

Costco is a membership-based wholesale retailer offering products and services through its warehouses and online store. Its assortment includes Kirkland Signature items and goods from a range of other brands, with product availability varying. Members can shop online, use the Costco mobile app, and access services such as grocery delivery through Instacart. Costco also provides membership options, including Executive Membership, and supports members with account management, order tracking, shipping, payment information, and returns or exchanges.

Beyond retail, Costco’s services include warehouse locations, gasoline, optical and hearing aid centers, special events, and technical and warranty support. The company also offers business delivery and volume sales, including export and domestic orders. Its customer service resources help members with topics such as order changes, product questions, promotions, taxes, and payment methods. Costco’s website provides information about the company, its sustainability commitment, charitable contributions, careers, and supplier relationships. Access to Costco Next storefronts is no longer available; the company directs members with eligible returns or warranty inquiries for those vendors to contact the vendors directly.
