Co-Support

Co-Support Queensland is a registered NDIS provider delivering specialist behaviour support and therapeutic services across Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast, with telehealth available nationwide. Founded by practitioners with experience in child protection, youth services, disability support, education, music therapy and mental health social work, the organisation takes a person-centred, trauma-informed and collaborative approach. It works alongside individuals, families, carers and support teams to understand behaviour, build practical strategies, promote dignity and reduce restrictive practices.

Services include functional behaviour assessments; interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans; NDIA-requested reports; implementation training; and ongoing monitoring and review. Co-Support also provides NDIS Improved Daily Living therapeutic services to build independent living, social, behavioural and psychosocial skills, support community participation and self-determination, and strengthen family capacity. Professional supervision, case consultation and reflective practice are available for social workers and behaviour support practitioners. The team supports children, young people and adults with disability, their families and carers, support coordinators, allied health professionals and supported living providers.
