COTE Miami is a Korean Steakhouse that opened its doors in Miami's Design District in February 2021. With a flagship location in New York City, the Miami outpost brings the same energy and excitement of Korean barbeque mixed with the elegance of a classic American steakhouse. This 5,892-square-foot restaurant offers a unique dining experience that combines fine dining, world-class ingredients, and exceptional service.
Led by executive chef David Shim, COTE's menu showcases 45-day USDA prime dry-aged beef, along with nutrient-rich side dishes and a Butcher's Feast® featuring four selected cuts of meat served with Korean accompaniments. They also provide an elevated Steak Omakase™ experience. The dining room, with over 100 seats, features state-of-the-art tabletop grills at every table, creating an interactive and intimate atmosphere.
Notable design details include a dry-aging room and two private dining rooms. COTE's extensive wine list, curated by director of beverage Victoria James, has received accolades from the James Beard Foundation and the MICHELIN Guide. In fact, COTE is one of the only two restaurants in the United States to have MICHELIN stars in multiple cities.
