Coumes Spring Children's Centre

Coumes Spring Children's Centre | Oughtibridge is a nurturing and stimulating environment dedicated to the well-being and development of children. Located in a converted separate classroom building, our center offers a safe and happy space for children to grow, learn, and have fun. We provide Nursery Education through the Nursery Grant scheme for 3 & 4-year-old children in Sheffield, as well as offering the 30-hour extended entitlement funding and free early learning for eligible families.

At Coumes Spring Children's Centre, we understand the importance of a well-rounded education. Our rooms are equipped with quality furniture and age-appropriate resources to support early learning in various areas such as imaginative play, science, math, literacy, and more. We have separate play areas for babies and older children, featuring a variety of outdoor play equipment and even a garden where children can grow their own fruits and vegetables.

Our dedicated staff ensures that each child receives individual attention and support from their assigned Key person. We also keep parents fully informed about their child's progress and milestones through the use of an interactive online journal called Tapestry. Additionally, we offer freshly cooked hot lunches and healthy snacks to keep the children nourished throughout the day.
