Council Rock Brewery is a renowned brand based in Cooperstown, New York, that takes pride in their philosophy of brewing. Roger Davidson, the founder, is committed to using only the best ingredients available for every style and flavor of beer he creates, ensuring a top-notch experience for customers. The inspiration behind each beer comes from memories, atmosphere, and emotions.

Whether it's a Scotch Ale reminiscent of sitting in Delirium Café in Brussels or a brew designed to capture a specific flavor or style, Roger carefully selects ingredients that bring out the desired notes. Some recipes are complex, while others find complexity through special brewing techniques, resulting in multi-dimensional flavors. Cleanliness is also a top priority, as emphasized by Chris, Roger's right-hand man.

Council Rock Brewery offers an impressive selection of high-quality beers that cater to a variety of preferences. Connect with them at 4861 State Highway 28, Cooperstown, NY, or reach out via phone at (607) 643-3016 or email at councilrockbrewery@gmail. com.
