Dania Uritskiy, LICSW, founded Vida Counseling & Wellness in 2024, offering therapy for adults and couples in Edmonds, near Seattle, and online throughout Washington State. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Dania helps clients navigate anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. Services include therapy for work-related stress and burnout, postpartum and perinatal concerns, multicultural and immigrant experiences, and couples, including intercultural relationships.

Perinatal support covers pregnancy, birth, loss, postpartum depression and anxiety, and the early years of parenting; partners and fathers are welcome. Dania’s relational approach draws on attachment-based and psychodynamic therapy, exploring how past experiences and recurring patterns affect the present. She has more than ten years of experience in the field, including work in college counseling, clinical leadership at a Seattle mental health clinic, and group practice.
