Counselling in the Community (CITC) is a donation-based mental health charity located on the Fylde Coast, dedicated to providing accessible and compassionate support for individuals of all ages. Our mission is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their emotional challenges, leading to personal insights and improved mental well-being. We offer a range of therapeutic services, including Person-Centred Therapy, Pluralistic Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to meet individual needs.

CITC serves clients starting from the age of 4, ensuring that children are matched with suitably skilled counsellors who can help them articulate and understand their feelings. We provide flexible counselling sessions at our Blackpool head office, Fleetwood Hub, and the Children's Centre in Bispham, as well as remote options through telephone or video calls for those unable to attend in person. With a focus on affordability, our session fees are designed to accommodate various income levels, making mental health support accessible to all.
