Countax Limited

Countax was a British garden tractor brand known for ride-on mowers designed to deliver a high-quality cut and lawn finish across gardens of different sizes. For more than 30 years, its machines earned a reputation for performance, reliability, and durable construction suited to the British climate, including wet-grass collection and mulching. The range included models such as the C Series and B Series 4WD, built for large gardens, paddocks, and estates. A notable feature was the Powered Grass Collector (PGC+), an interchangeable cassette system that enabled tasks including grass collection, sweeping, scarifying, and leaf gathering.

Countax tractors are no longer in production. AriensCo now manages spare-parts and service inquiries, helping existing owners maintain their machines through its dealer network. The company also directs customers looking for new equipment to its Ariens and AS-Motor brands. Ariens offers zero-turn mowers and professional snow-removal equipment, while AS-Motor specializes in machinery for high grass, steep slopes, and rugged terrain, including ride-on and remote-controlled mowers.
