Country Girl Management

Country Girl Management (CGM) is a confidence-building and modelling organisation focused on helping young women develop self-belief, explore modelling, and connect with a supportive community. Its events combine practical modelling experiences with activities designed to help participants challenge negative self-talk, meet new friends, and feel confident both inside and out. The model search welcomes girls of all shapes and sizes, and participants may have the opportunity to be scouted or connected with modelling agents.

CGM offers workshops, photoshoots, catwalk training, casting opportunities, and confidence programmes. Its wider offerings include events such as Redefined and Unleashed, the Empowered Model Course, Influencers Unleashed, and the Modelbox online academy. The organisation also shares modelling work, videos, blog content, free resources, and an online Warrior Quiz. Through its events and educational resources, CGM aims to help women shine while gaining firsthand experience of the modelling world.
