Courage le groupe

Courage le groupe is a registered French nonprofit association offering hands-on workshops focused on organic breadmaking, pizza, gardening, and permaculture. Since 2016, it has brought its activities to participants of all ages across Val-de-Marne and the wider Île-de-France region, using a mobile bakery equipped with a traditional wood-fired oven.

In its bread workshops, participants learn the process from start to finish, using organic, locally sourced ingredients to mix and knead dough, bake it over a wood fire, and taste the bread they have made. The sessions can run for half a day or a full day and are designed for settings ranging from nursery and primary schools to leisure centres, community groups, retirement homes, local festivals, markets, and neighbourhood events. The association also offers pizza-making workshops.

Its gardening activities are inspired by permaculture and welcome beginners. Participants can sow, plant, water, and harvest, as well as take part in practical projects such as building planters, insect hotels, and compost systems.
