Courage Tales

Courage Tales is a children’s literary arts brand created by author Dagmara Sitek, using stories and creative learning to help young people build courage, empathy, and emotional awareness. Its award-winning Courage Tales Trilogy includes the picture books Beefy, Cam, and Loris. These stories explore themes such as kindness, resilience, hope, self-belief, diversity, and acceptance, and can help children talk about feelings and life’s challenges.

The brand also offers The Compassion Lab, an interactive literary arts program for children aged 7–11. Delivered in schools, libraries, and communities, its workshops combine storytelling, guided reflection, discussion, and hands-on creative activities.
