Courir en Garrigue is a running association based in Poulx, in the Gard region of France, bringing together people who enjoy running in the local garrigue and surrounding countryside. The club welcomes participants from beginners to high-level athletes and promotes an inclusive, friendly atmosphere. Its activities include trail running, group training sessions, hiking outings and participation in other races.
Members can follow training plans ranging from fitness and getting back into exercise to competitive preparation. Regular sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 p. m., with a Saturday morning outing, usually in natural surroundings.
Some Thursday sessions alternate between track intervals and strength or hill work. The association also organizes community events, including the Foulées de Poulx, a night duo race and the Trail des Gorges du Gardon, as well as flea markets.
