ECoVEM is an innovative educational platform dedicated to advancing vocational education and training (VET) in microelectronics. The project unites vocational centers, polytechnics, and industry associations across Europe to develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum, addressing the industry's evolving needs amidst challenges such as digitalization, artificial intelligence, and green technology. Offering courses across EQF levels 3 to 8, ECoVEM's offerings include topics like design and manufacturing of PCB, microelectronics packaging technologies, integrated circuits design, and system design.

In addition to technical training, ECoVEM emphasizes key competences and transversal skills essential for success across various occupations. Most courses are offered online, with materials accessible in English and additional languages, catering to a diverse audience. Designed with clear learning outcomes, these modular courses facilitate face-to-face or blended learning experiences in professional schools, applied universities, and for on-the-job upskilling. Supported by the Erasmus+ Programme, ECoVEM strives to elevate VET excellence in both advanced and developing regions.
