Courtnando is a Swiss software platform for tennis, padel, and other racket-sport facilities that manage seasonal fixed-court bookings. It helps clubs and venues handle the process from online requests to prepared season invoices, reducing manual administration and reliance on spreadsheets. Players can view an up-to-date availability plan and request a court without creating an account. Operators review and approve requests, while the system prevents double bookings and sends confirmations.

For seasonal allocation, Courtnando supports a four-stage process that gives existing court holders, coaches, club members, and then the public access in sequence. Its tools also include automatic waitlists, scheduling for closures and events, holiday-aware course planning, team roles, booking histories, and facility usage insights. Season charges can be calculated with applicable pricing and deductions, then transferred as draft invoices to bexio; issuing and sending invoices remain with the facility’s accounting team. Courtnando can also reconcile bookings and memberships with Playtomic. The service operates on Swiss servers, with encrypted hourly backups, two-factor authentication, data export, and support in German.
