Courtstairs Manor

Courtstairs Manor is a coastal residential development in Ramsgate, Kent, offering a distinctive collection of seven bespoke apartments within an 1875 manor house and seven contemporary new houses. Set in private, gated parkland overlooking the Pegwell Bay National Nature Reserve, the development combines historic character with modern design in a peaceful seaside setting.

Each manor apartment has been individually designed to complement the original building’s features. Homes include spacious living rooms with high ceilings and south-facing orientations; many also offer sun decks and views across the bay. The seven new houses, positioned to the east and west of the manor, provide elevated, three-floor living, with first-floor terraces and ground-floor decks. They are presented as options for full-time coastal living or weekend stays.

The grounds include a coastal wildflower meadow bordered by Holm Oak trees, with a walk to the beach. The location looks across Pegwell Bay towards Sandwich and Deal, while Ramsgate’s Royal Harbour and its cafés and eateries are within walking distance along the grassy esplanade.
