Coussies is a brand that has been active in home automation, also known as domotics, since 1996. In recent years, we have partnered with Loxone to create a Real Smart Home experience. Loxone was founded in 2008 by Thomas Moser and Martin Öller, who wanted intelligent and convenient automation in their own homes.

While cars could already parallel park and robot mowers could handle the lawn, automating homes was still a complex task. We discovered that automating homes based on the KNX standard was expensive and time-consuming, often resulting in limited functionality. However, the introduction of the Loxone Miniserver changed everything.

It evolved into a complete system that can control almost everything, both wired and wirelessly, through its own modules. The Auto Configuration feature significantly reduces configuration time. Moreover, the Miniserver remains open for various applications not included in the Loxone range.
